Hi, I’m Rich.
I'm a data and analytics leader with over a decade of experience building BI platforms and leading data teams, including as Manager of Data & AI at a national consulting firm, Manager of Business Analytics at a global consumer brand, and currently as a Senior Power BI Architect leading a team of 5. Along the way I've delivered results like a $7M cost-saving initiative and a 400% increase in BI adoption for one client's operations team.
I hold a Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate certification, and I'm an early adopter of AI-assisted development. I've built automation that eliminates manual work from reporting and delivery workflows, and I bring that same efficiency mindset to client work.

I'm a product leader with a background in B2B SaaS and ad tech. I lead AI products at a global SaaS platform, and before that I was the first PM at an ad tech agency, where I helped stand up the product org. I've launched six new products, including an ads business that grew to $1M+ a month within five months.
AI is at the center of my work. I launched a conversational copilot where more than 75% of conversations end in a completed task, and I lead our agentic AI strategy, bringing our product into ChatGPT, Claude, and the AI agents people already rely on.
I also help people put AI to work in their own day-to-day. I coach PMs on building AI into how they work, and for one client, I automated a workflow that now saves 120 hours every quarter.
